Our inspectors use the latest technology including laser thermometers for exact temperature and humidity readings. Our fully electronic inspection process generates custom, automated reporting as well as a report emailed to each client following every visit.

    Dave Nelson is the owner for HomeWatch Group of SWFL. He’s a native of Baltimore, Maryland and now lives in Ft. Myers. Most of Dave’s career has been in customer service. From owning his own business to working in the IT service industry, he knows what customers want and need.
